In our experience, you should plan for a 30-90 day stabilization period. Although your project has gone live, you will still need resources to support the transition. There are likely new processes and touchpoints among your team, your HCM vendor, and your third parties that need to be rolled out and adopted. Hopefully, you budgeted for the right level of Change Management, but there is still work to be done.  There will be cleanup and error resolution during this time as you learn how the system performs in Production.
